Declaration of Purpose

Arcada holds gatherings and shared infrastructure for a living Northwest European cultural heritage.

We exist to practice and pass on folk culture: history, language, seasonal festivals, food, craft, and song. We host public events. We keep records. We make room for study and for getting offline together.

Arcada is not a state, not a bloodline registry, and not a test of ancestry. Interest, work, and good faith are how someone stands with us.

Arms

Arcean is the cultural heritage arm: festivals, history, language, food, and arts.

Astral is an optional practice circle for reconstructed Norse custom (Ásatrú). It may later be organized as a church. No one has to join it to be part of Arcada.

Crowulum is the education arm. It aims, in time, to become a licensed school: a general curriculum with an optional cultural thread, open to students beyond the membership, with preference for families already in the org.

Membership

Anyone may attend public events.

Membership is for people who show up, help, and keep the peace. There is no DNA test, no blood quantum, and no phenotype screen.

Members do not speak for other peoples or against other peoples’ right to keep their own heritage.

Land

Arcada may hold a retreat campus and, later, land in trust for gatherings, study, and the work of the arms. That land is infrastructure. It is not a closed town and not housing reserved by ancestry.
